30 watt ATTENUATOR BOX for your guitar amp
Can be used with any mid-wattage amp -
AC30, Princeton Reverb, Super Champ, Classic 30, etc.
Can be used with 4, 8 or 16 ohm speakers!
This is an attenuator add-on kit (parts and instructions, assembly is required).
It gives you independent control of the speaker volume so you get great cranked tone from your low wattage amp at studio or bedroom levels.
A special tone-compensation circuit preserves your amps tone all the way down to low volume (high attenuation) levels.
It also includes a variable level, speaker-voiced line output so you can plug directly into a mixer for recording or live performance. Better yet, you can use the whole amp as a pre-amp into a bigger guitar amp.
The kit is easy to build and comes with instructions and all required parts including a faceplate label. It requires no wiring modification to the amp.
A built-in power soak resistor is included so you can use the amp without a speaker.
You will need an extra speaker cable. (Not included - see separate listing for 12" cable)
Tools you will need – screwdriver, soldering iron, solder, tiny screwdriver, wire stripper, drill and 3/8" bit, needle nosed pliers.
